I started reading again. Not that I stopped reading but, I found a book that is for my own enjoyment. Brave New World by: Aldous Huxley. I found it on a list,
101 books to read this summer instead of 50 shades of grey . I am 26 pages into the story. It's strange because there is no focus on any particular character yet. It is purely observation of events to this point. Nevertheless, I am excited to keep reading.
When I close my book after a good read, The world seems to slow down. My walking pace is not so rushed. My thoughts are less scattered. Which is refreshing compared to the stressed, overworked, tech addicted feelings that I am usually experiencing.
That's it really. I just wanted to rant about my renewed love for books.
